Belmont-San Carlos Fire Department Administrative Offices
Administration Overview A necessary function of the Fire Department is the Administration Office. It plays an integral role in supporting all aspects of operations within the department. The BSCFD office houses the Fire Chief, the Fire Marshal, three Battalion Chiefs, the San Carlos Fire Inspector, Belmont Fire Inspector, a Disaster Preparedness Officer, one full time Administrative Assistant and one part time Administrative Clerk.
All files, records, invoices, accounts receivables, meeting minutes, scheduling, and numerous other functions filter through the Administration Office. We keep files on everything that pertains to Stations, Equipment, Vehicles, People, Inspections, and Public Requests. If it happens in the department, a record is kept in the office. As a Fire Department there are many rules and regulations mandated by Federal, State and Local government. If you have any questions about the department please feel free to call the office and we can assist you. Please note, the Administrative Office cannot accept emergency calls so if you have an emergency please call 911.
